Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
Can I make exchanges or returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns because each item is made to order specifically for the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. The only exception is if the item arrives damaged; in that case, we will contact the supplier directly to resolve the issue.
How long does shipping take?
It takes 2–5 days to prepare the product and 5–7 days for delivery due to shipping by the post office. 📦
